Vernon Sigars profile from the Joplin History people archive.
Vernon Sigars is currently represented in public sources mainly through the Vernon Sigars Viaduct in Joplin. A federal community development report describes the project as a four-lane viaduct built to replace a condemned bridge and create an important link between eastern and central Joplin.
