To help the District remain a historic community that is beautiful, inviting, inclusive and safe for our neighbors to live and visitors to explore.

- Helping the districts streets and sidewalks are safe for public and private use,
- Helping homeowners improve security and safety,
- Retaining or increasing historic property values to preserve the communities heritage for generations to come.
